Located 12 miles south of Council Bluffs, the Fountains Ballroom sits on six acres of rolling hills. This secluded property offers a beautifully landscaped garden with a four tiered waterfall, stone platform with pergola, pond and river bed.

The Ballroom

Located on the property is a 14,000 sq. ft. ballroom with a 30 ft. vaulted ceiling draped in lighting. An elaborate grand staircase leads to separate bride and grooms rooms and a balcony overlooking the ballroom.

The Ballroom will accommodate up to 400 guests. Seven sets of French doors open up to a patio for extra outdoor seating and a cozy lobby, complete with fireplace, wine bar and plasma TV, that provides a great place to relax.

The building faces east and offers the most picture perfect sunsets to the west.

Bride's Room
