When can I arrive in the morning?
You can arrive as early as 9:00 and stay until your stated time on the contract.

What if I want to use another cater?
Please refer to your contract for additional fees. If you choose the option to bring in another cater they must be licensed and insured. Proof of insurance is required a month prior to your wedding.

Can I bring my own alcohol onto the premises?
We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we are a licensed liquor establishment & cannot legally allow you to bring any alcoholic beverages onto the premises.

When do we do our rehersal?
Most couples are choosing to do their rehearsal the morning of the wedding. If you do decide to reserve a rehearsal date please contact us in advance to set a date.

What do we do if it rains on our wedding day?
We will talk about a back up plan a week prior to your wedding. All weddings can be moved inside the 14,000 sq ft venue. We are more then happy to set your wedding up inside.

Do we have to use the Design Studio team as our photographers?
Yes, since the Fountains Ballroom owns the Design Studio your contract will state that the Design Studio is the only professional photographers allowed to run a camera at the Facility.

When do I schedule my photography for the day?
We like to start family photos 2 hours prior to your wedding. Please keep in mind that outside photos need to be taken in the right lighting conditions. Please arrange your family photos in advance with us.
