Who is on your preferred Caters list?
Check out the services page. We have a short list of vendors to preform this service. We have a buy out option also. Please be aware that their is a break fee for this option, and also the Fountains will require proof of insurence and also a catering staff to accompany any outside cater.

What if I want to use another cater?
Please refer to your contract for additional fees. If you choose the option to bring in another cater they must be licensed and insured. Proof of insurance is required a month prior to your wedding. There is also a break fee as described in your contract.

Can I bring my own alcohol onto the premises?
We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we are a licensed liquor establishment & cannot legally allow you to bring any alcoholic beverages onto the premises. If your wedding party

When do we do our rehersal?
Most couples are choosing to do their rehearsal the morning of the wedding. If you do decide to reserve a rehearsal date please contact us in advance to set a date.

What do we do if it rains on our wedding day?
We will talk about a back up plan a week prior to your wedding. All weddings can be moved inside the 14,000 sq ft venue. We are more then happy to set your wedding up inside.

Do we have to use the Design Studio team as our photographers?
Yes, since the Fountains Ballroom owns the Design Studio your contract will state that the Design Studio is the only professional photographers allowed to run a camera at the Facility.

When do I schedule my photography for the day?
We like to start family photos 2 hours prior to your wedding. Please keep in mind that outside photos need to be taken in the right lighting conditions. Please arrange your family photos in advance with us.

When do I order my photos after the wedding?

We have tried to make this so easy for you. Pick the package you purchased and download the excel spread sheet. Add the photo # from the Pictage website next to the size of the photo you want from that package. Send the completed order to joe@thefountainsballroom.com. You can expect your order in 2 - 3 weeks after we confirm that we have received it.

Packages expire if not ordered within 6 months after your wedding date. Please check the website to download the current version of your purchased package.
